TnT

Competitive Tumbling and Trampoline is sanctioned under USA Gymnastics and offers an alternative to the four-event gymnastics sports. This sport has become popular because it offers a competitive opportunity in two fun events tumbling and trampoline. Former gymnasts who previously trained 12-20 hours per week have enjoyed the switch to TnT because of the lower training commitment allowing them time for other activities.

What is TnT all about?

  • TnT competes 3 main events: Power Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double-Mini
  • 10 levels are offered in each event
  • 4-6 training hours per week
  • 4-6 local meets, 1 Regional, 1 State, 1 National
  • Season: Mid-August through July
  • Ages 4-18 years of age
  • Requires an annual membership fee to USA Gymnastics

Placement on our TnT teams is by audition or invitation. Our TnT teams train year-round, with the season begining mid-August and ending with Nationals in July. The meet schedule is set in September with the first meet held in December or January.

There is no requirement to attend all scheduled meets, however athletes must attend a qualifying meet in order to compete at the Regional, State, and National meets.

Gymnastics

We also offer competitive teams in the traditional gymnastics sport.  Our athletes follow a year round training schedule with their competitive season starting in January and concluding in April.  All our athletes are sanctioned under USA Gymnastics and attend sanctioned meets and qualifiers.
